The late Mrs. Fisher was born in Millbrook on February 3. 1872, where she, spent most of her life. On November 5th, 1899, she married David Fisher who predeceased her on June 4th, 1907. Mrs. David Fisher. On Tuesday, July 15, at 5.30 a.m., Mrs. David Fisher pas- sed away in her 86th year; at the home of her son, Stanley Fisher, in Hastings! Chis- lholm in his funeral address [stated that Mrs. Fisher had understood the languuatre of the flowers she tended and thereby brought (heer to others. The funeral service was held on Thursday, July 18, at 2:00 p.111. in the J. W. Haw Funeral Home in Millbrook. Rev. F. P. Chisholm officiated. “The pallbearers were grand- sons: Russell Fisher, Pontypool; Donald Fisher, Hastings; Ed- ward Collins and Stanley Col- lins, Peterborough; and grand- son's-in-lawi Alfred Smith, Ottawa. and Robert Cook, Niagara Falls. ‘ Mrs. Fisher’s devotion for her family will be remembered by all who knew her.
