A QUIET WEDDING took place on Xmas afternoon in St. Paul's church of England in Lindsay. The charming young bride was Miss Minnie Henry, daughter of Mrs. Henry of Lindsay, while Mr. David Hall of Toronto was the happy groom. Rev. C. H. Marah officiated, while Miss Hattie Growden and Miss Minnie Murtagh were bridesmaids, and Messrs. J.W. Atcheson and Fred Henry were groomsmen. The bride was presented by Mr. Thomas Murtagh, her respected brother-in-law. Mrs. Marsh and the Misses Dunsford furnished music appropriate to the occasion. After the wedding the party returned to the residence of Mr. Murtagh, Lindsay street, and enjoyed a sumptuous dinner. Mr. Sam. Hughes of THE WARDER, at the head of the table was supported by the newly married couple and their groomsmen and bridesmaids, while present were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Reeves, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Robinson, Mr. and Mrs. John Gregory, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. King, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Dobson of Verulam, Miss McCausland, Miss M. McCausland, Miss Poole and several other young ladies; besides Messrs. Milburn, Haskill, D. Clarke, Lauder, McCausland, Fair, Growden, and many more gentlemen assembled in honor of the couple. After the dinner an enjoyable evening was spent. All wished Mr. and Mrs. Hall all happiness and prosperity. The presents were numerous and very costly. The young people left for Toronto on Thursday.
