PROJECTED NEW INDUSTRY.--Just before going to press we learned that our enterprising townsman, Mr. W.H. Church, had been busy for some days past organizing a joint stock company, with a capital of $10,000, to equip and operate a wooden-ware factory at the Falls. He has our most earnest wishes for his success, of which there is but little doubt, as about half the required amount of stock has already been subscribed. We will give further particulars, if there should be any, in next week's issue.
