ACCIDENT.--On Saturday last Mr. J. L. Read's son Frederick, aged about 14 years, went to the field on his father's farm to catch a horse; and as the animal soon afterwards galloped up to the barn, Mr. Wm. Junkin, who was working therein, suspected that something was wrong, and went to the field where he found the lad lying insensible with his collar bone broken, the horse having run away and thrown him. He was taken home and placed under the care of Dr. Wilson, and is rapidly recovering.
