Inscribed on the banner are the names of Lindsay Governors and Lt. Governors of Kiwanis. Pictured above past Lt. Governor Ford Moynes and Lt. Governor Donald Blakely admire the banner. Kiwanis Club President Kenneth Richards accepted the gift on behalf of the Club.
