- Description
- While under a 14-day quarantine my wife and I made much use of library resources. For me, the web-link to Cornell Lab's live "Birdcam" (included in "Home for Coronovirus") was particularly valuable. This photo is of me watching the live-Cam of bird-feeders near a marsh. On the screen are a downy woodpecker, a bluejay, and grackles. Being able to both see and hear the birds gave me a taste of the outdoors and was a reminder of a natural world continuing on.
