Food supply experts stressed that the food supply is unchanged and that it was just hard to keep up with restocking shelvese as mass consumer panic buying tapers off in Canada, but warned that consumers may see higher prices due to the fall of the value of the loonie and how almost all supplies are paid for in US dollars.
