March 26: Victoria Manor launches video call visits

- Residents at Victoria Manor were able to book online video chats with their loved ones by working with Life Enrichment team members. Video calls through Facebook Messenger or Facetime were set up so that residents could connect with their families while the long-term care home was under a protective lockdown and access to the home for other than compassionate reasons was restricted during the COVID-19 pandemic.
