- Description
- Bobcaygeon residents stepped up to support their community as it battled COVID-19 and the worst outbreak in Ontario in the community's long-term care facility, Pinecrest Nursing Home.
The fund was administered by the Community Foundation of Kawartha Lakes, advised by a citizens' group headed by Kawartha Lakes Ward 2 Councillor Kathleen Seymour-Fagan.
The fund paid towards supporting Pinecrest staff, whether it was with mental health support, housing support or support while in self-isolation. - Publisher
