- Description
- The deaths of nine Pinecrest Nursing Home residents not only unmasked the impact of an under-funded health care system, but demonstrated the frightening potential of COVID-19, a Bobcaygeon doctor said.
Ward 2 Councillor Seymour-Fagan believed that the severity of the outbreak was not well communicated to the community, the city and the province, and had put many others at risk as the loved ones of Pinecrest residents and care-takers may not have taken the abundance of caution to isolate from the rest of the community. - Publisher
