- The Lindsay BIA knew the downtown reconstruction was going to be a challenge for their businesses, but COVID-19 became a double whammy.
Businesses have been reopening when they can do so safely for both staff and customers. The on-going construction was still an issue, but downtown's already wide sidewalks helped with social distancing. - Publisher
