For agencies that long prided themselves on the positive 'contact' they have had with children, the COVID-19 pandemic really threw a wrench into their mission statements.

Many agencies moved to fully digital models in order to continue serving client needs whether it was through FaceTime visits between Big and Little Sisters or providing sensory support objects and digital workshops for parents of children with special needs.
