- Description
- The province announced a COVID-19 recovery rate for electricity, putting a flat rate of 12.8 cents per kilowatt hour in effect 24 hours a day, seven days a week until October 31, 2020. This was an increase from the low-peak time-of-use rate of 10.1 cents per hour used from March to May 31, 2020 and had customers questioning whether it would mean higher electricity bills.
