- Romano announced the framework for the re-opening of Ontario's post-secondary schools for students who were unable to complete their course requirements online. These students were able to return to their schools as soon as July 2, 2020 in order to complete their final graduation requirements.
The Premier and health minister did not attend the conference in an abundance of caution after it was discovered that education minister Stephen Lecce had been exposed to someone who had tested positive for COVID-19, getting themselves tested and self-monitoring for symptoms. - Publisher
