Description
A recent surge in positive COVID-19 cases and outbreaks was expected to lead the province to move the local health unit to the 'Yellow' protect level.

This meant enhanced targeted enforcement, fines, and enhanced education to limit transmission. Increased restrictions meant fewer customers in bars and restaurants, reduced operating hours for all, keeping contact tracing records of customers and turned down music in stores to reduce the need to speak louder to be heard.
