Ontario to start rolling out COVID-19 vaccine next week as it reports record increase of 1,983 new cases increased by 0.1% to 85.1%. The average positivity rate across Ontario has decreased by 0.8% to 3.6%, meaning that 36 out of every 1,000 tests performed were positive for COVID-19 on December 9.
