- Depending on a number of factors, Ontario legal experts said that yes, businesses could deny service to customers not vaccinated for COVID-19.
Employers could deny service in the name of health and safety. However it becomes tricky for making employees have to take the vaccine as there are medical and religious exemptions under the Ontario Human Rights Code. As for airlines and passengers, these are federally regulated and speculation was premature. - Publisher
