- The City of Kawartha Lakes issued a press release outlining those city services affected by the province's second lockdown in January 2021.
Services affected included closing all municipal buildings except landfills, keeping open libraries and parks with restrictions, continued waste collection and emergency services, limited access to Victoria Manor, waste water maintained, closed Human Services offices, continued roads maintenance and public transit operations, rescheduled provincial court dates, electronic Council meetings, and limited services at the municipal airport. - Publisher
