Police say on Tuesday February 9, 2021 at 12:51pm the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Service responded to a landlord-tenant dispute in Lindsay. As a result of an investigation, two individuals were charged with failing to comply with a continued section 7.0.2 noncompliance order, one individual charged with obstructing a peace officer contrary to the Reopening Ontario Act and issued tickets.
