Limits on in-person shopping limit supermarkets, grocery stores, convenience stores, indoor farmers' markets, other stores that primarily sell food and pharmacies to a 50% capacity.
All other retail stores will remain open with a 25% capacity.
Under the new restrictions there will be no personal care services available, recreational fitness, cinemas, as well as no indoor or outdoor dining.
