The group has had a number of challenges during the pandemic. However, the dedicated team made sure that not only the congregation was getting through, but also conducted wellness checks on members of the community.
Over the last century, the Catholic Women's League has advocated for change on a number of issues such as a conscience rights for healthcare professionals when it comes to physician assistance in dying and a national strategy for Alzheimer's and Dementia.
