- The Full Cup Cafe is the second restaurant within the HKLR region to be closed recently after refusing to comply with government regulations. A sign on the door reads "Regardless of our efforts for freedom and equality and although we view and believe that the requirement of asking our patrons for vaccine passports to be unlawful, we have decided to close the establishment [...] until further notice".
