Description
The provincial government announced an immediate payment totalling $381 million to support the reopening of schools in Ontario, in addition to the $900 million in funding already announced.

Funding would be spent towards ventilation systems, shoring up PPE supplies, additional remote learning supports, enhancing school bus safety measures, and hiring more teachers and public health nurses.
