Black and white outdoor group photograph, on mat of a large group of male workers arranged in several rows in front of a large multi-story building, which has several boarded up lower floor windows. Many are wearing overalls and cloth caps. Some of the men are smoking pipes. It appears to be winter. Lumber and construction debris can be seen behind and to the right of the men.
Notes
Ernest Denton was a photographer in Berlin/Kitchener from approximately 1912 to 1955.

This photograph is in fair condition: some tearing and creasing.
