The Directors beg to submit the Twelfth Annual Report for the year ending 28th February, 1804. The earnings of the Bank have been up to the average. The et | rofits for the year have amounted to $35,878 04, being ut the rate of 98 per cent. u e average paid up capital, which added to the 'balance $1,044 48, at credit of Profit de Loss, carried forward from the previous year, amonnts to $36,922 52. From this sum two half yearly dividends of 3 % vach have been piid, and an addi- tion of $6,500 made to the Rest, which now stands at $02,500, or about twenty-five per cent. of the paid up capital of the Bank, leaving $4,506 26 which lax been surried for- ward to profit and loss account, x serious losses have occurred during the year.
