At first it was proposed to put the money in the bank. Next it was suggested that the money be devoted to Patriotic pur- poses. This idea was adopted and upon the suggestion of the local Pat- riotic Committee the $100. was divid- ed equally between the 'Red: Cross Fund and the Belgian Relief Fund. This is a most generous gift from the High School Students and shows a patriotic spirit worthy 'of the best type of Canadian. We feel proud that the School has done so splendid- 1y in this matter."
