Mr. Peter Diamond The late Peter Diamond was born in Durham County in the year 1859, where he lived until 8 years old, when the family moved to the 2nd conces- sion of Reach, and lived there until ge was twenty years of age. 'The family moved to Markham and later to Pickering, where he married Miss Nancy Phillips in the year 1889, sis- ter of the late Squire Phillip Nine years of their life, they spent in Claremont, and then they moved to the 1st concesssion of Reach, where], the family still reside.
