Mr.Sinclair disassociate" himself from the motion, and declared that Mr. Brackin and Mr. Pinard could not make the temperance policy for the party. The Kingston Whig declares Mr. Sinclair's stock has risen easily 100 per cent. within a few days owing to this incident. People admire courage in a leader, it remarks, and despise a weakling and a wobbler.
