On Sunday - afternoon last, the brethren of Fidelity Lodge A. F & A. M., Port Perry, attended Divine Ser- vice at the United Church. They were accompanied by a number of visiting brethren from Sunderland and To- ronto. The sermon was preached by the Rev. Bro. Wm. Higgs, who took fer his subject: "The Building of the Temple". He showed the likeness in 'the erection of this ancient and hon- oured structure and in the building of character, likening each individual 'to a stone to be fitted into the spirit- ual and eternal temple of God. Degree teams were present from Oshawa and Whitby and the work of exemplification was highly commendatory.
