Mr. John Boys has been a recent visitor at the home of his daughter in. Windsor. Mr. Isaac Walls, who has been visit- ing. his sister Mrs. Vernon, is now visiting relatives at Tottenham and Toronto. Murs. Archer, of Port Perry, and children, visited at the home of Mr, and Mrs, Vernon, recently. . Mrs. Thorn and daughter Madeline, are vigiting relatives in Oshawa, Our young people have been enjoy- ing the skating on the flats this last couple of weeks. { We were very sorry to hear of Mr. Frank Crosier's misfortune, when the stearing gear of his car went wrong at Brooklin bridge, causing him to lose control of the car and consider- able damage to the car resulted. Miss Laura Thompson from the 6th Congession is spending this week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. G. Christie. The officers and teachers of our Sunday School for the coming year are as follows: Superintendent--John Johnson, Secretary--Sam Masters. Asst. Secretary--Dorothy Roper, Treasurer--Dolly Rees. The lantern slides loaned through the courtesy of the C.P.R. and shown to us by our pastor, were immensely enjoyed on Friday evening at the Community Club, January 24. Mr. Frank Kight had the misfor- tune to have his car badly smashed when his car collided with another car on the Port Perry-Manchester road. Fortunately neither Mr. Kight or his mother were injured. Hopkins, Ashburn. Mr. Geo. Smith arrived home last Wednesday, although still confined to his bed, he says he never felt better in his life. His many friends will be pleased to hear this good news.
