Blackstock 'winning by a score of 10-5. The visiting team deserve credit for their splendid playing, although they had to work hard to get the lead on.the local team. Our boys are playing good ball and we hope they will be the winners on Thursday, when they play with Scugog at Myrtle. Game commences at 6.30 p.m. The Softball Club wish to express their appreciation to Mr. A. Car- michael for so generiously permitting the boys to use his field for the games B| and also to Mrs. G. Wolfe, who do- nated, the backstop screen, balls, bats, gloves and other equipment, so neces- sary to a ball team. Mr. and Mrs. Alex. Durie, of Osh- awa, were visitors at T. R. Price's on Sunday.
