For the first time ever, the Port Perry Tennis Club will be hosting a tournament sanctioned by the Ontario Tennis Association. The tournament will be held Friday, May 15 through to Monday, May 18 at the courts on Water Street and players from all over the province will be there to compete. There will be four draws for singles matches for those under 12 (born 1980 or later) and those under 14 (born 1978 or 1979) The tournament is open for anyone Lo enter, but time is quick- ly running out. The Port Perry Tennis Club extends an invitation Lo spectators 10 attend any of the matches and enjoy some great competitive ten- nis action. Play gets underway at 4:00 PM on Friday and at 8:00 AM on both Saturday and Sunday of that weekend.
