David Talbot will be spending a goodly part of his summer vacation either improving his French or learning the names and faces of the 295 political types in the House of Commons. While that may not be every 19-year-old's idea of a good time, David couldn't be any happier about the prospect of a summer of work -- after all, it's in prepa- ration for the opportunity of a lifetime...on August 17, David will begin his year in Ottawa as a page at the House of Commons.
