A large crowd attended the gala MC'd by Wally Donaldson, sports writer with the Oshawa Times. from the House Leagues and the OMHA rep teams for their perfor- mance over the past season. Individual plaques were present- ed 10 both the champion and finalist teams in the Novice, Atom, Pee Wee and Bantam House Leagues, the first time ever these awards have been made at the banquet. Scugog Mayor Howard hall was on hand to present Township medal- lions to the Precisi Minor hockey awards night MolJacks; and Kayle Short of the OHA 'Sudbury Wolves and Brian Murphy of Guelph. And George Bumett was on hand to present some of the individual plaques and trophies.
