The Christmas blockbusters start rolling out next week, with visions of Oscars dancing in producers heads. Seriously, it is no worse than a Road Runner cartoon, or the Ninja Turtle!!! It's slapstick and it's funny!t! Macaulay Culkin again plays Kevin, the resourceful little tyke who so charmed us in home alone.(1990). This time out he winds up alone in New York City, where he bumps into his just-escaped-from-jail enemies, the wet bandits. It all leads to more of the same comedy that made Home Alone a smash. Both Joe Pebti and Daniel Stern are hilarious as the inept crooks; Stern all but steals the show as wild- eyed Marv. Offensive? Nope. And does the plot really matter? Nope. Violent?
