Russian pianist to perform in concert Concert Pianist Serguei Pavlov will perform an evening of light classical music at Port Perry United Church on Saturday January 30, at 7:30 p.m. Mr. Pavlov spent several months living in the Uxbridge area after the "Ballet Theatre" that he was travelling with folded in 1992 and stranded 50 fellow Russian entertainers in Ontario. After deciding to remain in Canada, Mr. Pavlov recently received his working permit and has moved to Toronto to be close to his promoter and work.
