The best form of exercise is a moderate program of low-impact aerobics. Aerobic exercise is sustained movement that elevates the heart rate and burns fat. It also increases the production of a chemical called noreprinephrine in the brain, which makes you feel more energetic and elevates your mood! The key to aerobics is to sustain the activity. Stop and start exercises, such as calisthenics, are not aerobic. Aerobic exercise not only improves heart functioning, but also that of the lungs and all muscles of the body whether or not they are directly involved in the exercise. Meanwhile just barely cook - Often when planning a menu for company we tend to over do it - you know what I mean - by the time the "simple" dinner is served to your guests you are too exhausted by the preparations that dinner isn't enjoyed. Have you ever remarked after an impromptu get together how mush fun it was and how little effort? My observation is that we over plan - spending much more time (and money) than necessary.
