David Halward started off strong for the Leafs with a hat trick. Justin Koury popped in number four to end the firsf period. Tyler Houthuys got the Canadiens on the score board with a double in the first period. Tuesday , S edge Leafs in YMCA Floor Hockey action Ryan O'Leary fired in the third. The Canadiens doubled their efforts in the second period, scoring three more goals to clinch themselves the win. Intermediate The first intermediate game on Monday April 26 saw the Mighty Ducks meet the Red Wings. It was the Mighty Ducks over the Red Wings by a score of 8-7 in a very exciting game. The Mighty Ducks took an early lead outscoring the Red Wings 6-0 in the first period. The second period saw the Red Wings fight back to stay in the game. John Barton put the Wings on the scoreboard with a single and Matthew MacMaster and Darryl Dalton added one each. Eric Bird was the lone scorer for the Ducks in the second period. The third period again saw the Red Wings determined to take the game. Darryl Dalton earned himself a hat trick with two more goals and Matthew MacMaster fired in two to claim his hat trick as well. This brought the Wings total to seven. Eric Bird scored the Ducks go- ahead goal, number eight and also earned a hat trick. The second intermediate of the evening was between the Blue Bombers and the Golden Rods The score was a 6-6 tie in the well-matched game.
