Presitent Terry Ryan has been elected "®the last eight years and said last the new president of the . gPurham' Regiorfal Police Association. PC Ryan will oficialy assume *- his new duties on January 1, taking over from Dalé Allan who has been president since 1974. PC Ryan has served as vice president of the A iation for week his goal over the next term will be to maintain the salaries and bénefits members of the Association now enjoy. Negotiations with the Police Services Board will start in 1994 and just what direction they go will depend on the ic climate at that time. A resident of Qakwood, he is + well known for his work as a director of the Oakwood Community Centre and with the Victoria County Recreation Committee.
