We decided to drive north and see if thé' power was rebtored. If not, ' we would take our flashlights and pack up the turkey and the 'toys and travel to Nana"s for Christmas morning. As we drove up Durham Rd. 2 we enjoyed the displays of festive Christmas lights. We_ peered ahead in the darkness to sée if there was illumination in our neighborhood. We pulled in our driveway to be greeted by our own glow of Christmas colors. The hydro was back on! It must, hive resumed service a shortly after we left for the place was toasty warm again.
