18. Man facing charges A 20-year old Oshawa man is facing numerous charges in connection with residential break and enters, including several in Scug g Township last month. Durham Police say Owen Robert Goodwia is charged with break-ins in ()shawa, Cobourg, Courtice, 3eagrave and Blackstock. The incidents in Seagrave occurred March 28 and 24 on Brunon Ave. and River Street, and the one in Blackstock was March 23. Goodwin is also charged with possession of stolen property and possession of stolen vehicles.
