Essentially, the play follows the life-long relationship of a lawyer and an artist who meet as children, then go their separate ways. Pearl Productions has performed "Love Letters" all over southern Ontario from Whitney to Orillia. ' Mr. Gresko said the best run for the show was at the Two 14 a Lgons Lodge in Madoc, Ont. in a dining room' very similar to Greystone. He is expecting audience response in this area will be the same. For actress Betty Jackson, this is her first experience with dinner theatre and she is excited about it. "This is a great play, a wonderful love story. I'm really looking forward to this," she told the Citizen. She has more than 20 years experience in cabaret, musical theatre and drama. And like Mr. Gresko, she is delighted with the dining room at Greystone. "This play works so much better in smaller, more intimate rooms." Ms. Bonnell said seating for the dinner theatre will be limited to 70. And if dinner theatre proves a success in the summer months, she will extend it into the fall. The first presentation of "Love Letters" is tonight (Tuesday May 3) and it will continue every Tuesday evening.
