Cook, stirring constantly, ten minutes: 8 oz. olive oil 1 very large cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces 2 tins ripe olives, chopped 1-16 oz. tin broken green olives, chopped -12 oz. jars pickled onions, chopped add: 2-10 oz. tins mushroom stems and pieces 2 large green peppers, chopped 2-4 oz. tins pimento, chopped 4-15 oz. bottles heinz catsup = 1-15 oz. bottle heinz 'hot' catsup 1-48 oz. jar mixed pickles, A. chopped Simmer 10 minutes and stir often. Drain and pour boiling water over the following to rinse; 2 tins anchovies, chopped 3-7 oz. tins solid tuna, chopped 3 tins small shrimp Add anchovies, tuna and shrimp to mixture and place in sterilized jars and seal. In some cases, you can reduce oil by addigg water, stock or fruit juice to Make up the difference. -serve smaller meat portions (3-4 oz. is quite adequate per person) approximately the size of a deck of cards. It has been found that whenever fat drips onto a heat source, chemicals are formed on the outside of the meat, fish or poultry It is suspect in increasing the risk of some forms of cancer; also suggested is to barbeque in moderation For meat that requires a longer cooking time, perhaps microwave first, then discard the juices and grill, or wrap in foil, then grill. To prevent flare-ups, raise rack if necessary and keep a water spray bottle handy for dousing. Use a drip can to catch fat or _ you can cover the grill itself with foil and poke holes in it to let fat drip through.
