Fresh fruits and vegetables are becoming more prevalent on menus, as well as lower fat and salt use is #hnerging as more of a norm Fish and poultry dishes with less heavy sauces are being featured more also, as well as whole-wheat baked products Some restaurants are even displaying a 'Heart-Smart' section on their menu which adheres to specific guidelines.
