The bank was hiring and had contacted PPHS inquiring if they had any students who were looking for an office job. Fresh out of school at nineteen years of age, Joan was referred to the position and after an interview with Al Pacey, the manager at the Royal at that time, she was hired the next day and the rest is history The time when Joan was hired was the pre-computer era, when 50th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY The family of FRED & RUBY GRIFFIN cordially invite friends and relatives to a 'Come & Go Tea' from 2 to 4 PM; 'Dance' from 8 PM to 12 September 3rd, 1994 | Tyrone Community ; Centre.
