"Our '15 Years of Conservation' Bus Tour is an excellent opportunity to discover first- hand the kinds of land and water management programs which the Conservation Authority has conducted locally since its formation in 1979", explained Denise Lauzon , Information and Education Co-ordinator for the KRCA. Township by-law enforcement officer Bill Henshall said Mr. Wilson was charged with illegal use of an accessory building for human habitation. Mr. Wilson and members of his family have appeared numerous times in front of Scugog council over the last several years in their efforts to get approval for a subdivision on land surrounding the old barn.
