More than 20 Central Seven clients were busy preparing banana breads, zucchini loafs, butter tarts and pickles while others were hard at work at hand-made crafts. All this activity is leading somewhere, of course. And that's to the Central Seven Autumn Harvest on September 24 at the Port Perry Country Market on Highway 7A just west of the town limits. This craft and bake sale is a fund-raiser for Central Seven and all are invited to drop in for a visit at the Country Market from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Central Seven Board of Directors president Doreen Kendall and Scugog Regional councillor Yvonne Christie have also been busy recently getting ready for the sale September 24. Retired Workers Executive Council, says that after a one and a half hour debate the resolution to continue to support the Ontario NDP Government and the Premier was passed overwhelmingly.
