SAUCE Cook 1 six quart basket of ripe tomatoes and put through sieve combine in large mixing container 1 U2 cups flour 1 heaping tsp. tumeric 2 tsp ground cinnamon 2 tsp. ground cloves 2 tsp. ground ginger 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tbsp. dry mustard Mix to smooth paste with 2 1/2 cups malt vinegar Put through sieve.
