But instead of the 39 Canada , Geese that left with him, he now has 385. Four geese have departed from the rest of the flock, striking out on their own. Speaking to Mrs. Lishman, she said her husband reported Sunday morning that he and Joe Duff, a pilot/photographer friend, who's flying alongside Lishman in his ultralight aircraft, experienced no engine problems and orily had to make one unscheduled stop due to weather conditions: "He's been getting a. grand reception at every place they land" she told the Citizen. It's planned that the geese will stay in South Carolina over the winter months before their migratory trip north to the Nestleton area in the spring.
