Mayor Hall said the new facility is not just a banquet hall, but a multi-purpose facility that will get a lot of use day and night. In his opening address to the meeting, Mr. Malcolm called the facility a "monumental banquet hall in an unfortunate location." He said the Township must concentrate on job creation and fiscal responsibility. Job creation should be in the light manufacturing sector, he said.
